Description

• At Vanta, our mission is to secure the internet and protect consumer data. • As a Product Operations Manager at Vanta, think of yourself as a Product Manager for how the Product and Design teams work. • You’ll be the connective tissue between Product, Design, and Go-to-market, building systems and processes that make customer feedback actionable (VOC). • Own and drive our voice of customer feedback system to ensure we can turn feedback into insights and action. • Build, maintain, and communicate product launch plans. • Optimize processes, systems, and tools. • Leverage automation to reduce the manual work that folks are facing on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, program management, product or business operations, or related roles in a high-growth and complex environment. • Ability to bring clarity to complex areas of collaboration at the company level. • Is metrics and data-driven and has a commercially minded approach when solving problems. • Has strong business acumen, allowing you to make strategic business decisions that drive the business forward. • Effectively communicates with and influences cross-functional stakeholders. • Is a strong decision-maker who effectively balances ambiguity, available data, speed, and iteration. • Ability to operate at multiple altitudes, from driving the execution of a product launch to developing our long-term product operations strategy.
