Description

• As a senior AI platform engineer at Vanta, you will play a crucial role in shaping Vanta’s AI offerings, improving our AI systems, and setting technical strategy for our end to end ML/AI architecture. • You’ll form the core AI team around which many AI applications will be built and shipped. • Working alongside a multidisciplinary group of product engineers, PMs, and security and compliance experts to implement, scale, and maintain ML pipelines to enable and accelerate AI innovations. • Build solid infrastructure foundations and high-leveraged developer tools that enable Vanta’s product engineers to quickly create and improve high quality AI products.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of industry experience as a software engineer • You have experience building ML systems from ground up, shipping ML solutions to production, and owning the full ML development lifecycle • Have experience with improving developer experience & resolving ML infrastructure challenges related to scale, reliability, and performance • Experience working at rapidly scaling startups and large companies, especially with environments that prioritize a bias for action • Strong coding and software engineering skills • You are a culture carrier and take initiatives to work closely with product engineers and meet them where they are
