Description

• Lead the end-to-end web design process, from concept to execution, and work closely with our in-house web developer to implement responsive and user-friendly web designs that focus on functionality, accessibility, and performance • Work with Growth Marketing team to wireframe, design and test conversion experiments on our website and landing pages, with a focus on engaging and converting prospects • Maintain and enforce brand consistency across vanta.com • Create and maintain a light-weight component design system for vanta.com brand elements in Figma, ensuring consistency between design and Webflow development system. • Foster an innovative and collaborative design environment, contributing to a culture of creativity and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in web design • B2B SaaS experience • Strong portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and user-centric design solutions, while aligning design strategies with business goals • Proficiency in Figma, with extensive experience creating wireframes, working prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. • Adherence to web design best practices enabling pixel-perfect design-to-development workflows • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and with stakeholders at all levels. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working closely with both marketing specialists and software developers. • Adaptable and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced work setting
