Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. • Fintech and/or Payments experience highly desired. • Demonstrated experience successfully scaling a product organization. • Strong desire to, and proven track record of, successfully managing and mentoring product managers. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans. • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Pendo). • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
