Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship strategy to attract diverse sponsors and exhibitors in the blockchain industry. • Design tailored exhibition spaces and booth solutions for exhibitors. • Identify and research potential sponsors, exhibitors, and collaborators. • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in potential sponsor organizations. • Create compelling, customized sponsorship proposals highlighting benefits like brand visibility and lead generation. • Ensure seamless activation and execution of sponsorship agreements for maximum ROI. • Work with Marketing, Events, and PR teams to align sponsorship initiatives with overall marketing strategies. • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to build relationships with potential sponsors and partners.

Requirements

• 5 years of hands-on experience in exhibition sponsorship and space selling. • Must have worked for international Crypto/Blockchain exhibitions and Conferences. • Must have experience working on the high-revenue target for the global market. • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, an MBA or advanced degree would be a notable advantage. • Exemplary communication, negotiation, and presentation proficiencies. • Demonstrated track record in cultivating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the industry. • Innate self-motivation, an unwavering commitment to producing results, and the ability to flourish within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
