• Build credibility with technical, clinical, and business stakeholders. • Provide customer-facing technical expertise across networking, data interoperability, security, and operations for Varian's Software-as-Service portfolio. • Serve as an active part of the SaaS Enablement Team to deliver a successful implementation from kick-off through go-live. • Compile status reports to the assigned project manager/manager. • Works with cloud-based and on premise environments, operating systems, databases and other software and networking technologies. • Completes all necessary task documentation to meet Varian’s Quality processes and procedures. • Attend planning calls and provide technical input as needed.
• 2-5 years’ experience • Excellent communication skills • Passion for delivering excellent customer experience ratings • Cooperative and composed, good team player • Willingness to travel to designated events <15% travel required • Professional fluency in English • Required: experience using Microsoft Office suite, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • Desired: Experience with Flowchart and Diagraming Software
