Description

• Varsity Tutors is building a global on-demand expert network. • The Lead, Tutor Support will support a team of Operations Support Specialists. • This role will serve different aspects of market operations connected to tutor accounts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with customer service, tutoring, and/or managerial experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and prioritize work • Ability to work evenings and weekends
