📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Member Consultant Intern for the Spring 2025 semester. • This unpaid internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in member services, client relations, and business operations within a dynamic and supportive environment. • You will work closely with our experienced team to assist in providing exceptional service to our members. • You will develop your communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills while gaining valuable insights into the inner workings of a member-focused organization. • This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact.
🎯 Requirements
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Communications, Social Sciences). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organizational and time management abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn. • Previous experience in customer service or member relations is a plus.
