Description

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process • Oversee employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters • Maintain accurate employee records and HR-related documentation • Conduct training and development programs for employees

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role • Thorough knowledge of HR principles and practices • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion • Experience in the security industry is a plus • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities • HR certification is preferred
