Description

• Oversee and optimize the portfolio performance of categories of clinical products. • Negotiate with suppliers and leverage their expertise for advantageous terms. • Collaborate with teams to establish optimal pricing and ensure competitiveness. • Implement strategic plans for sourcing and managing specific categories. • Establish and maintain supplier relationships, negotiate contracts. • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on key criteria. • Execute cost reduction strategies to achieve savings in assigned categories. • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of supply. • Collaborate with stakeholders to align strategies with business objectives. • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to supplier selection.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field. • Certification in paralegal studies; Certified Resource Management Professional (CRMP), Certified Professional in Supply Chain Management (CSCP) • >7 years of experience contracting and/or sourcing and a demonstrated track record managing spend categories; leads solicitations end-to-end autonomously • Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of data and documentation with attention to detail and accuracy. • 3 - 5 years of progressive experience in a healthcare setting autonomously leading various types of solicitations, e.g., RFPs, RFIs, RFWQs, etc. • Combination of education and experience in lieu of a degree.
