Description

• Veeam is seeking a Director, Field Marketing EMEA Central to lead marketing efforts in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. • Manage the EMEA Central marketing function, develop strategic marketing plans, and improve pipeline contribution. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders for successful outcomes.

Requirements

• 12 - 15+ years of marketing experience preferably with extensive experience in an enterprise software company. • 5+ years of experience leading and building a diverse team in a matrixed environment. • Proven experience successfully leading cross-functional teams; knowledge of demand generation, digital marketing, account based marketing (ABM), and partner marketing. • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and open environment and create the context and working environment for associates to deliver beyond expectations. • Deep understanding of how to use market intelligence, insight, and data to formulate and develop strategies and plans. • Knowledge of and experience working with the partner ecosystem and best practices in partner marketing and co-marketing. • Accountable for organizational alignment, planning, and budget management. • Deep understanding of functional aspects of campaign management and technical administration through marketing automation tools.
