📋 Description
• Champion efforts in billing system environment for seamless integration. • Partner with organization levels to optimize billing processes. • Ensure proper controls, compliance, and segregation of duties. • Direct initiatives for timely and accurate process flows. • Manage migration and M&A efforts for multiple systems. • Lead UAT efforts impacting billing systems environment and approve code releases. • Analyze and prioritize bugs and enhancements in billing systems. • Support reporting Manager and VP in billing strategies. • Direct billing systems staff as needed for projects. • Manage system controls and access to prevent unauthorized access. • Lead resource for financial audits providing analysis and guidance. • Identify and implement process improvements within Accounting Systems team. • Monitor and inform of risks in existing systems.
🎯 Requirements
• Eight (8) years billing systems experience required, focusing on general ledger, accounts receivable, billing, and accounting systems workflow and integration to various financial systems. • Five (5) years’ experience in credit/debit card industry with analysis and statistical understanding of Visa/MasterCard products, programs, and types of membership preferred. • Lawson software experience preferred.
