Description

• As a Director, Product Design, you will support the product team to drive the product user experience strategy. • You will create a consistent design system across products that emphasizes brand recall and user loyalty. • This is a hands-on UI/UX role that interacts with customers and drives end user centered design. • You are responsible for leading a team towards achieving strategic deliverables and contributing to the UI/UX framework.

Requirements

• >10 years of combined experience working in user experience and design, product management, and/or software design, ideally some duration in precision medicine and in agile environment. • >2-3 years of leadership experience coaching, recruiting, hiring, and growing a team • You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to diverse audiences • You have proficiency in design tools such as (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) and user experience frameworks • You have experience working with global teams • You understand the complex space we are operating in • You can handle end-responsibility on a team & output level
