📋 Description

• Define the current release to maximize value • Manage the product development process to ensure the on-time delivery of releases • Create user stories from features and communicates the voice of the customer in the Scrum process • Collaborate with Scrum team in refinements, sprint and release planning • Maximize the value of the product by prioritizing and managing the product backlog • Manage the documentation of functionality and prepare for handoff • Capture end-user feedback & convert feedback into product improvements • Partner with UX, Engineers, Architects, and DevOps to convert problems into solutions • Commit to and be accountable for the sprint goal • Accountable for Scrum team and stakeholder communication • Facilitate support for users in UAT • Incorporate new features & ideas into product roadmap • Refine the product based on results and client feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of work experience as a Product Manager or similar role in product management (Preferred) • Experience working in an agile environment • Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle • Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies • Experience in genomics or other 'omics' field is a plus • Team spirit and good communication abilities • Strong organizational skills
