Description

• Act as the technical sales lead collaborating closely with sales teams and prospects • Participate in discovery sessions with account executives and prospective clients • Conduct complex product demonstrations and workshops • Develop and present Proof of Concepts to prospective clients • Act as technical liaison between prospects and internal teams • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay client feedback • Build and maintain product demo environments • Assist in responding to technical elements of tenders • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products • Participate in trade shows and industry events

Requirements

• Familiarity with sales processes and ticketing systems, POS, and admission systems • Proven experience in a sales engineering or similar client-facing technical role • Second European spoken and written language proficiency strongly desirable • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts • Demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence key stakeholders at all levels • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Strong desire and aptitude for learning and continuous improvement • Occasionally need to adjust work hours to accommodate client meetings
