• Content-Planung & -Erstellung: Entwicklung von kreativen und ansprechenden Beiträgen, Stories und Reels im Einklang mit unserer Marke. • Community Management: Aufbau einer aktiven Community durch Interaktion mit Followern, Beantwortung von Kommentaren und DMs. • Trendbeobachtung: Identifizierung aktueller Social-Media-Trends und deren Integration in unseren Content. • Kampagnenplanung: Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Social-Media-Kampagnen zur Steigerung der Reichweite. • Analytics & Optimierung: Monitoring der Performance und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung unserer Social-Media-Strategie. • Zusammenarbeit mit Influencern: Identifikation und Ansprache passender Influencer zur Stärkung unserer Marke.

• Social-Media-Erfahrung: Bereits viel Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Instagram • Kreativität & Ästhetik: Du hast ein Gespür für ansprechende Inhalte, Trends und unsere Zielgruppe. • Selbstständigkeit: Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sind für dich selbstverständlich. • Tool-Kenntnisse: Vertrautheit mit Tools wie Canva (Designtool), Later/Buffer/Metricool (Planungstoo), oder Meta Business Suite von Vorteil. • Leidenschaft für unsere Themen: Du teilst unsere Begeisterung für Outdoor, Reisen, Fitness und nachhaltigen Lifestyle. • Deutsch & Englisch: Gute Sprachkenntnisse in beiden Sprachen, um unsere Community optimal anzusprechen. • Automatisierung & KI: Interesse an Prozessoptimierungen
