Description

• Project Technical Leaders serve as key partners for our customers in the North American market. • Responsible for supporting the successful sale, system design, execution, commissioning, and operation of complete system solutions. • Lead a team of Process Engineers on complex projects with multiple unit processes. • Fostering a collaborative and innovative environment within the team. • Managing the process deliverables like schedules, assignments, and quality. • Provides strategic direction on cross-functional project execution teams. • Cultivate strong working relationships with customers and project stakeholders. • Lead the development of the overall treatment solution considering customer requirements.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities within and/or outside of the workplace. • Proven track record of effectively collaborating and building strong partnerships with customers. • Bachelor’s Degree in an accredited Engineering field. • At least 10 years of related experience, with an emphasis in design and/or operation of biosolids incineration solutions. • Biosolids industry experience in the incineration of biosolids. • Exceptionally strong oral and written communication skills in English. • Biological modeling tools such as Biowin, GPS-X, SIMBA, SUMO, etc. • Professional Engineer’s Licence. • Critical and creative thinking, and ability to evaluate options with good judgement. • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
