• Support sales growth by delivering field service & workshop support to customers. • Engage in scheduled and troubleshooting service activities related to Hach instruments. • Analyze and document service-related findings and adhere to policies.
Requirements
• BS Degree/diploma in mechanical, electrical, electronic engineering, or equivalent experience required • Minimum of 5 years industry experience • Willingness to travel up to 75% of time • Must have a valid driver’s license • Knowledge of personal computers and business software (MS Office, Oracle) • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
