Description
• Support Hach Sub Sahara Africa sales growth by delivering instrument field service • Install and verify instrument systems at customer sites • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance interventions • Maintain spare parts inventory • Provide technical support at trade shows and customer sites • Create and maintain service records • Provide updates to the service manager • Troubleshoot and repair electromechanical instrument systems • Understand and maintain quality compliance initiatives
Requirements
• BS Degree/diploma in mechanical, electrical, electronic engineering, or related experience required • A minimum of 5 years industry experience • Willingness to travel up to 75% of time • Must have a valid driver’s license • Knowledge of personal computers and common business software (MS Office, Oracle) • Excellent organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
