Water Quality • Product Quality & Innovation
• Primary responsibility will be completing Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) for permanent systems and mobile systems prior to shipment to customer sites. • Assists in the commissioning service and contracted services to the installed base and mobile water deployments as assigned. • Solve problems, evaluate systems and processes to isolate root causes, and implement corrective actions as required. • Support customers from startup through to the purchase of their next Aria Filtra and Trojan UV system. • Utilize your fellow team members to service our customers efficiently and effectively.
• At least 3 years of Field Service experience or similar, or 2 years of experience plus a technical degree, or 3 years of experience without a degree. • Availability to travel between 75% to 90% of the time. • Familiarity with electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical principles, with the ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings. • Comfortable working with computers and control systems. • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, such as Engineering, Sales, and Operations, to solve site-specific challenges and develop unique solutions to meet customer requirements and drive product improvements.
