📋 Description

• 3 Month Contract Position with the possibility of Extension • Responsible for designing and implementing impactful customer marketing experiences that focus on increasing customer loyalty, expansion, and advocacy • Responsibilities include creating communities based on level and interest; identifying opportunities for cross-sell/upsell; and amplifying our customers’ stories • Create communities based key functions (executives, HIEs, EHR systems, etc) that balance the needs of the business and the value to the customers • Develop customers into advocates, willing to evangelize how Verato helps them to achieve their business objectives • Amplify our customers’ experience via customer success stories, industry awards and recognition, speaking and PR opportunities, peer reviews, and more • Design and execute cross-sell/up-sell programs to increase stickiness and fuel our growth • Integrate customer marketing activities, including focus groups, webinars, events, email, social, etc., with demand gen activities • Collaborate with sales and customer experience to manage customer onboarding and retention

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in customer marketing, preferably in tech marketing • Ability to understand how customers are using Verato solutions to achieve their business goals and translate into marketing programs • Demonstrated success in establishing communities and creating advocates • Revenue-driven mindset, ensuring programs deliver results • Proficient in marketing technology, such as Salesforce, Marketo, Gong
