🎯 Requirements
•3–5 years of experience in video editing, motion design, or related roles. •Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop). •Strong eye for design, motion, pacing, and sound. •Ability to think conceptually and translate abstract ideas into engaging visuals. •Experience with social-first video formats and platform-specific requirements (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). •Great communication and collaboration skills — you’re comfortable taking feedback and running with it. •Bonus points for experience in Figma, 3D animation tools, or sound editing.
