Description

•Vercel is looking for a Community Engineer who will be responsible for interacting directly with our customers in the Vercel Community. •This role focuses heavily on working with customers on their code, helping by creating reproductions, sending pull requests, and working with our Engineering teams to resolve any issues that arise. •The role requires someone with both a background as a software engineer and a strong interest in a wide array of technologies.

Requirements

•2+ years experience in a technical customer-facing or technical documentation role. •You thoroughly enjoy working with customers in public to help them achieve their goals. •You have the foundational knowledge required to work with a variety of frontend frameworks. •You enjoy writing and communicating complex ideas as simply as possible. •You value variety and the ability to dig deep into the unknown on a daily basis. •You have experience working in public and are a professional but friendly communicator. •You enjoy working with JavaScript & React and are an open source contributor. •You possess exceptional public-facing communication skills. •You enjoy working with a fully remote, globally distributed team.
