Description

• Develop training content and programs specific to the needs of the field team, focusing on Vercel’s platform and products. • Deliver training sessions that are informative and practical, ensuring field team members can apply what they learn in customer engagements. • Create resources such as knowledge guides, case studies and best practice job aids to support the field’s ongoing development. • Work with Product and Engineering to stay up-to-date with product developments and reflect these in the training programs. • Assess the impact of training on field performance and adapt programs as needed. • Partner with Sales Engineering leaders to represent the field team’s feedback to our Product and Engineering teams to inform future product improvements. • Support field teams in the development of value engineering strategies to support the sales and renewals process.

Requirements

• You are committed to the continuous learning and development of field teams, with a focus on enhancing their technical sales capabilities. • Your strength is in distilling complex technical information into clear, actionable content for non-technical audiences. • You have experience managing training programs, creating content, and meeting the dynamic needs of a field team. • Your technical skills are grounded in practical experience, ideally from a background in software development or technical sales. • You’re knowledgeable about the broader tech ecosystem and can incorporate this into training for a well-rounded perspective. • Your experience includes a focus on web performance and understanding of network architecture and security. • You have at least 3 years of experience in a role involving technical training or enablement for a field team.
