• Follow up on Marketing Qualified Leads within expected SLA • Convert MQL's into Sales Qualified Opportunities through various channels of communication, including: phone, email, LinkedIn, chat and other • Maintain active and strategic engagement with leads that have indicated an interest in Vercel through informed, creative follow-ups • Educate prospective buyers on the value of Vercel's Enterprise product • Work closely with Sales, Marketing & Demand Generation and provide clear and actionable feedback based on your front line experience
• Prior history of success in an allbound software sales role at a startup or similar fast-paced work environment • Driven and motivated by quota • Aptitude for growth and development • Excellent phone presence and advanced written communication skills • Eager to learn and adapt quickly to changes • Strong organizational skills and ability to simultaneously manage a high volume of prospect & customer interactions • German language skills
