Description
• The Director of Financial Institution (FI) Sales is responsible for achieving and exceeding revenue and operating goals for an assigned Team. • Manage and mentor Sales team. • Drive strategies to maintain and grow revenue, secure new business and retain existing business. • Implement processes, policies, procedures and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (Required) • Master of Business Administration (Preferred) • 15+ years’ Sales experience including Business Development and Account Management • Sales leadership experience required • Experience in the Financial Services Industry; experience working with or for banks or credit unions, highly desired
