📋 Description
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. • Design and develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable Java applications using best practices. • Customize and extend the functionality of Liferay portal according to project requirements. • Integrate Liferay with other systems and applications as needed. • Implement and optimize cloud-based solutions to enhance performance and scalability. • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. • Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments. • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in Java development, Liferay, and cloud computing.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development and Liferay portal development. • Proven track record of successful projects involving Liferay portal development. • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. • Proficiency in Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other relevant technologies. • Experience with web services protocols such as RESTful and SOAP. • Familiarity with front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Certification in Java or Liferay (Nice to Have). • AWS Certifications (Nice to Have). • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes (Nice to Have). • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (Nice to Have). • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies (Nice to Have).
