🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience implementing and configuring SaaS solutions for clients • Strong technical skills in SaaS technologies (Salesforce required) • Experience with cloud-based systems and integrations • Understanding of Salesforce sharing model and how to set up users, profiles, roles, reports, and dashboards in the Salesforce platform • Understanding of data migration leveraging the Apex Data Loader • Experience with Salesforce flow automation • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service • Ability to specify technical changes to technical/development teams • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
