•Veriforce is the fastest-growing SaaS-technology and services company in the global supply chain risk management market. •The Regulatory Specialist is responsible for completing a specified number of Evaluator, Operator Qualification (OQ), and Drug & Alcohol assessments each year. •This role requires a comprehensive understanding of OQ and Drug & Alcohol Policies, and the ability to effectively communicate, interpret, and apply them to meet client and regulatory requirements. •Essential Duties include overseeing and updating written Operator Qualification plans, assisting in onboarding new clients, conducting annual reviews, and providing regulatory compliance support.

🎯 Requirements

•Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is required. •Strong knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations is essential to assist operators and contractors with compliance requirements. •Working knowledge of Information Security systems and related resources to support information security processes. •Experience in pipeline operations and pipeline regulatory requirements is preferred, providing insight into the nuances of regulatory compliance in the industry.
