📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Manager to lead our Product Engineering Team of our VeriLoan Loan Origination solution built on Microsoft D365 and the Power Platform. • This role involves technical leadership, and hands-on oversight of development processes to deliver a scalable high-quality product. • The ideal candidate is experienced in designing enterprise-grade applications, driving innovation, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing software engineering team environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of proven hands-on experience with .Net platform, C#, Microsoft Power Platform, including Model Driven Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform technologies. • Strong knowledge of Dataverse, SQL and other data aggregation and modeling tools. • Expertise with cloud platforms especially with Microsoft Azure and CI/CD pipelines. • Expertise with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git). • Expertise in designing high-availability, scalable solutions with a focus on future technology trends and business impact. • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering practical, innovative solutions. • Experience addressing challenges related to data integration, performance optimization, and system scalability. • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop technical teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth. • Proven success in managing large-scale enterprise projects and navigating complex stakeholder environments. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical details into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
