Through granular candidate insights, in-depth employer benchmarking, continuous market pulses, actionable strategies, and recruiting feedback platforms, the team at Veris Insights is advancing the way companies across North America approach recruiting, employer branding, DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion), and talent management. • Our Marketing team, known internally as the 'The Voice of Veris Insights', translates research into compelling, data-driven experiences that engage top talent acquisition leaders. • We are expanding our digital and interactive capabilities to ensure our content is not only visually engaging but also measurable, accessible, and built for user engagement. • As a UX/Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in this transformation, focusing on UX-driven web design, building interactive landing pages, and optimizing content for performance tracking and lead generation. • You’ll collaborate with seasoned B2B marketers, honing your UX, design, and content strategy skills while directly influencing the effectiveness of our campaigns. • At Veris Insights, creative freedom and experimentation are encouraged—we move fast, cut through red tape, and iterate together to find the best solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX design, with experience designing and implementing web pages in WordPress and HubSpot. Experience in marketing, agency, SaaS, consulting, or B2B environments preferred. • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to design user-friendly, high-converting digital experiences. • Strong understanding of UX best practices, accessibility standards, and mobile-first design. • Experience creating and optimizing landing pages in WordPress and HubSpot. • Ability to develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive content to enhance user engagement. • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders and collaborate with developers and marketers. • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and iterating based on feedback.
