Description

• Handle a variety of tasks blending procurement, financial and systems management skills • Support Kenvue Medical Safety Vendor Management • Assist vendor leads in financial tracking • Develop and maintain Power BI, Power Automate, sharepoints, and Excel • Organize financial and contract information • Assist with Vendor Governance and Audit support • Maintain confidentiality • Update monthly tracking files and monitor invoices • Handle procurement, create PO/PR, and track inventories • Enhance a SharePoint-based Power App to manage vendor contract data • Develop scorecards and metrics reports • Assist in developing presentation materials • Collect and organize audit inspection documents • Perform additional coordination and support services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. • Prior experience in office administration, procurement, or a similar role is a plus. • Experience in any of the following areas: Procurement, finance, contracting. • Ability to design and maintain Power BI/automate, sharepoints and excel templates • Flexible and positive attitude. • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills • Above-average written and verbal communication abilities • Well organized with careful attention to detail • Independent and proficient in problem-solving • Proficiency using PC and Microsoft Office tools
