Description
• As a campaign analyst, you will work closely with the US Applications team. • Your role would involve taking ownership of data scrubbing in excel. • The role would also involve monitoring and analyzing the calls to effectively communicate issues and concerns to the Applications team. • Data processing in Excel. • Manually approving calls on an internal tool. • Monitoring the call dashboard and taking appropriate actions. • Escalating any technical issues to the relevant stakeholders and raising red flags if any.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any field. • Excellent communication and analytical skills with an eye for details. • Strong Excel skills
