📋 Description

• The Field and Channel Marketing Manager will be pivotal in driving Versa Networks' success by developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our channel and field objectives. • This role focuses on identifying, onboarding, and enabling new partners while collaborating with Channel Managers, Service Providers, and the broader marketing team to achieve measurable growth. • Candidate should posses strategic mindset, creative thinking, and analytical skills, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. • Proficient in written and verbal communication and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Analyzing campaign data, metrics, and KPIs to derive actionable insights and drive continuous improvement. • Ability to develop data-driven marketing strategies and translate them into effective campaigns that align with business goals. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to think outside the box, propose innovative ideas, and experiment with new marketing approaches. • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure brand consistency across different marketing channels and campaigns. • Hands-on experience with various digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation is a plus.
