โ€ข Lead day-to-day execution of client projects while guiding and developing individual team members โ€ข Own and lead client project work including gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses and developing recommendations for presentations to client management โ€ข Lead the implementation of recommendations with the client team members โ€ข Manage all aspects of a client project, by building and nurturing deep relationships with project stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor who understands their unique business objectives, processes and challenges, and leading the delivery of the identified solution. โ€ข Simplify and bring structure to ambiguous problems and take action to solve them by focusing on the most important challenges โ€ข Actively identify and develop further opportunities within the client environment โ€ข Serve as the day-to-day liaison between the customer and our internal teams, communicating effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders in a structured manner โ€ข Deeply understand program success criteria and aligning the team on how to achieve it โ€ข Lead the definition and deeply understand the work packages making up the solution and their contribution to success โ€ข Translate gaps or risks into insights that anticipate customer needs and proactively suggest improvements or new solutions โ€ข Monitor the progress of customer engagements along with the project manager โ€ข Act as the voice of the customer, providing insight to internal terms to improve products, services and processes โ€ข Build and maintain program roadmaps

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

โ€ข 5+ years of proven experience as a consultant in a professional services firm; work experience in the Big 4 Consulting firm is preferred โ€ข Ability to take business problems and create strong business case solutions, using technology โ€ข Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization โ€ข Proactive mindset with a passion for uncovering new opportunities and driving continuous improvement โ€ข Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis โ€ข Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously โ€ข Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations within a client environment โ€ข Experience in business consulting and analysis: Agile Theory, Business Process Analysis, Procedure Development, Requirements Gathering โ€ข Experience in project management
