• Ihre Chance, mehr als nur ein Lead-Generator zu sein. • Als Setter / Lead Generation Specialist (m/w/d) sind Sie ein essenzieller Bestandteil unseres Vertriebsteams. • Sie legen den Grundstein für eine erfolgreiche Neukundengewinnung, indem Sie potenzielle Kunden ansprechen und qualifizieren. • Mit Ihrem Talent für Kommunikation und Ihrer Begeisterungsfähigkeit schaffen Sie eine solide Basis für nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen und tragen aktiv zum Wachstum unserer Kunden bei. • Eigenständige Durchführung von Erstansprachen mit potenziellen Kunden (B2B und/oder B2C). • Schwerpunkt Cold Calling. • Qualifizierung von Leads und Identifikation ihrer Bedürfnisse und Ziele. • Vereinbarung von Gesprächsterminen mit unseren Closern oder Beratern. • Aufbau von Vertrauen und erster positiver Eindrücke durch kompetente und empathische Kommunikation. • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam zur Optimierung der Conversion Rates. • Pflege und Dokumentation von Kundendaten in unserem CRM-System. • Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Trainings und Feedback-Sitzungen, um Ihre Ansprache- und Kommunikationstechniken zu verfeinern.
🎯 Requirements
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Outbound Vertrieb, insbesondere in der Lead-Generierung, Telefonakquise und Kundenansprache. • Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein gutes Gespür für potenzielle Kunden. • Hohe Eigenmotivation und Zielorientierung, gepaart mit einer positiven Ausstrahlung. • Die Fähigkeit, in Gesprächen professionell und authentisch aufzutreten. • Vertrautheit mit CRM-Systemen und digitalen Tools. • Bereitschaft zur persönlichen Weiterentwicklung und hoher Lernbereitschaft. • Stabile Internetverbindung und Verfügbarkeit von 10-15 Stunden wöchentlich, idealerweise in den Zeitfenstern 9–12 Uhr und 14–16 Uhr. • Fließendes Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau mit exzellenten Ausdrucksfähigkeiten.
