Description

• Responsible for delivering against financial and operational goals • Conduct resource planning analysis to forecast staffing levels • Manage and Measure operational performance efficiently • Develop and monitor an operating budget for the department • Engage with and motivate the operations and PS team for customer experience • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers

Requirements

• Extensive experience within PS/Training Team, ideally in vertical software solutions market • Thrive in a results-driven background, comfortable with financial and performance measurement • Strong financial awareness/orientation with excellent forecasting and budgeting skills • Experience of producing monthly/quarterly reports for management/board • Basic understanding of or willingness to learn metrics used to drive successful CSI Group company • Full driving licence with willingness to travel
