📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • DoD SkillBridge Internship: Assistant Project Manager (Internship). • Must be active-duty U.S. Military Service Member who qualifies for participation in the DoD SkillBridge Program. • Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Assistant (PA) is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into the project management field. • The PA should be comfortable working with a wide variety of administrative support tasks. • The duties support various company government projects. • StratComm utilizes hundreds of sub-contractors, covering thousands of work schedules throughout the year. • The PA should be able to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, exhibit excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and be comfortable working with data and technology. • In addition, this individual should possess excellent interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills.
🎯 Requirements
• Be able to work cross functionally with other project management teams. • Proficient with all Microsoft office applications and Adobe Acrobat Pro. • Extremely detail-oriented and able to accurately resolve complex issues. • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and meet strict deadlines. • Strong communication skills required (oral and written). • Previous staff scheduling experience a plus. • Excellent typing skills. • Bachelor's degree preferred.
