📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing innovative marketing campaigns, leading marketing projects, and utilizing analytics to optimize strategies. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing materials, lead generation campaigns, and support BDR efforts. • Develop programs to generate high-quality leads and drive conversions. • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs), adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure campaigns meet lead generation and sales goals. • Manage and mentor a marketing team, providing guidance on best practices, creative ideation, and project execution.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ months to devote to the internship. • Active-duty U.S. Military Members who qualify for the DoD SkillBridge Program. • Knowledgeable in SFDC CRM at a high level. • Expertise in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content creation, etc.). • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketo, etc.) are a plus. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling content and presentations. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • A creative and strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and drive results.
