Description

• Design APIs and REST interfaces for IRIS and .NET applications • Develop and maintain IRIS systems, creating 10-20 ad hoc applications per quarter • Enhance VistA Extraction and monitor processes, adapting to Oracle Health metadata • Troubleshoot IRIS issues, perform upgrades, and support high availability databases • Lead development teams, collaborate with Business Analysts, and ensure code quality • Implement CI/CD pipelines, maintain Postgres databases, and manage web applications • Optimize solutions for performance and cross-browser compatibility using ReactJS • Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • 5+ years of experience in Cache/InterSystems HealthShare UCR, IRIS, ObjectScript, XSLT, or MUMPS • Proficiency in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and backend technologies (Java, Python, Spring Boot) • Experience with integration protocols (TCPIP/MLLP, REST, SOAP), CCDA, HL7, JSON, XML • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation testing • Leadership experience in development teams and working with solution architects • Strong understanding of web security, performance optimization, and agile methodologies
