Description

• VetsEZ seeks a Scrum Master for a remote federal government project. • Lead Agile practices for multiple teams. • Facilitate scrum meetings and eliminate blockers. • Promote Agile quality practices and serve as a resource. • Advise on improvements to standardization of processes. • Work with senior client leadership teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or related scientific /technical discipline is required. • 2 years of proven experience in a Scrum Master or similar role, with a passion for Agile methodologies. • 2 years of providing ongoing support and training to team members on Agile principles and practices, ensuring a smooth transition and continuous improvement. • 1+ years facilitating Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) and ensure clear communication and collaboration among team members. • Additional Qualifications: Experience with the Department of Veteran Affairs, tools, processes, and frameworks is a plus. • Experience with Project and Configuration Management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally Software, Github, etc.) is desirable. • Experienced in technical disciplines and technical background. • Ability to obtain a Government clearance.
