Description

• Communicate primarily via live-chat app to screen patients remotely • Provide teletriage services and determine urgency of client's concerns • Offer pre & post appointment support to veterinary partners and pet parents • Manage appointments and onboard new veterinary partners • Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making in real-time • Become a Vetster product expert • Complete additional projects and assigned tasks as needed

Requirements

• Successful completion of the VTNE • In good standing with licensing board • Availability to work evenings, weekends & holidays • Excellent verbal & written communication skills • Self-starter with attention to detail and flexibility • Hyper organized and comfortable with ambiguity • Technologically savvy and quick learner • Self-sufficient and able to work independently • Passion for Vetster's mission • Client-facing experience is an asset
