• Be responsible for overseeing digital, creative and brand initiatives that drive profitable revenue at VeVe. • Lead the strategic direction of our brand, acquisition efforts, and marketing performance. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to the leadership team, and establish strong partnerships with licensors, agencies and partners. • Leading the development and execution of the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with overall VeVe business objectives. • Fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity, data-driven decision-making, and high performance. • Identifying and capitalising on new market opportunities to expand reach, including partnerships, and emerging channels. • Leading and inspiring a team of skilled marketing leads, including Acquisition, Performance, Lifecycle, and Affiliates. • Acting as the internal owner and guardian of the plan to grow and increase the power of the VeVe brand. • Optimising marketing funnels to deliver customer growth targets while ensuring return on spend. • Overseeing the implementation of a customer lifecycle plan to optimise engagement and profitability of customers at every stage of their tenure with VeVe. • Identifying and building strategic partnerships with key influencers in the collectibles industry to drive new user acquisition. • Own the commercial outcomes of the new affiliate partnership channel.
• Extensive marketing experience, including time in a senior leadership role focused on brand, acquisition, and performance. • Proven ability to drive high-performing remote teams. • A deep understanding of brand management and acquisition marketing. • Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision making skills - your analysis of data shapes the strategy. • Expertise in marketing technology and automation tools. • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams and present to senior leadership. • A strong ability to build and nurture relationships with external partners, licensors, and stakeholders. • Familiarity with and a passion for the digital, entertainment, or collectibles industries is highly desirable.
