Description
• Leading the Technical Assistant and their schedules, ensuring delivery is within our KPIs. • Improving our quality of work within our app and Unity. • Handling the exporting of files for different platforms such as iOS, Android, and WebGL. • Managing the submission process, including sending final files to licensors and handling submission renders. • Maintaining organized files and efficiently packaging them for submission to licensors. • Facilitating the sending and downloading of files. • Designing and developing content creation pipelines and tools to streamline workflows. • Providing support for marketing activities, including the creation of stills and videos. • Assisting with tasks related to VFX, Animation, or gaming as needed. • Debugging and troubleshooting any app errors. • Optimising processes for efficiency and quality assurance.
Requirements
• Proven experience leading or managing technical team members. • Advanced ability with Unity or similar 3D modeling and texturing software. • Proficiency in exporting files for multiple platforms (iOS, Android, WebGL). • Previous experience managing submission processes and packaging files for licensors. • Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions for workflow improvements. • Effective communication skills to collaborate within the team and with external partners. • Ability to manage time effectively and work within project schedules. • Prior experience in the digital collectables, gaming, or entertainment industry is a plus.
