Description

• Optimize and streamline software build and release processes for IAM platform. • Implement and maintain efficient build systems using Bazel. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance CI and deployment pipelines. • Prepare, evaluate, and maintain tools that support and automate releases. • Design and maintain tools and scripts to automate product version creation. • Integrate CI processes with the bug tracking system for streamlined issue resolution. • Maintain and optimize the CI build and test pipeline. • Create and implement tooling to improve code quality and test efficiency. • Collaborate with the SRE team to enhance software delivery pipeline. • Proactively respond to automated test and build issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven 5+ years of experience as a Release Engineer or in a related role. • 3+ years of experience with Continuous Integration (CI) practices and tools. • 3+ years of experience working with cloud platforms and cloud automation tools, particularly in AWS. • Strong familiarity with distributed version control systems, particularly Git. • Understanding of software configuration management best practices and release management principles. • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and tool development. • Experience with Bazel is a plus. • Experience with Golang is a plus. • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
