Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience as a backend software engineer with a strong track record of building and maintaining high-quality, scalable software systems. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a software development team. • Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Go, Java, or Python. • Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures. • Understanding of authentication and authorization protocols, standards, and best practices. • Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and familiarity with IAM services and features. • Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), caching mechanisms, and distributed systems. • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
