📋 Description
• Drive development of Enterprise ML platform. • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams. • Gather feature requests and prioritize product backlog. • Partner with clients to deliver innovative features. • Translate strategy into requirements for engineering teams. • Build documentation like opportunity briefs and product specs. • Act as liaison between engineering, sales, and customer success.
🎯 Requirements
• BS/BA degree. • Major in Computer Science, Mathematics, Quantitative Economics, Data Science or equivalent, preferred. • 3-5 years as a Product Manager in a SaaS company, leading business analytics solutions; experience in ML Operations a big plus. • Experience managing clients' expectations through every stage of development. • Must be comfortable working in an agile software development environment – constantly prioritizing and negotiating tradeoff options. • Excellent project/time management, organizational, and customer service skills. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively toward a common goal. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences. • Comfortable in front of customers and curious about their pain points. • MS/MA degree. Major in Computer Science, Mathematics, Quantitative Economics, Data Science or equivalent, preferred. • Experience with data science, development, and software architecture experience are huge advantages.
