Description

• Viant’s customers use the Demand Side Platform (DSP) to set up, run and monitor ad campaigns. • The platform team owns a complex set of backend services and the frontend UI that make up the DSP. • These services are deployed in a distributed, multi-region, cloud-based infrastructure and use the latest technologies to handle the immensely complicated functionality. • You will serve as the technical lead working with a team of engineers to oversee the design and implementation of these interconnected services. • You will have the opportunity to mentor team members and contribute towards the success of Viant’s products. • Primarily supporting Viant DSP, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering and Technical operations teams on spec creation and providing production support.

Requirements

• Must have experience in the AdTech domain OR possess strong proficiency in the Go programming language. • 12+ years of professional experience in the software industry. • Experience with web services, microservices, or other SOA • Relational database experience, such as MySQL, Postgres, or Oracle, and experience with complex SQL
