Description
• Lead the development and implementation of sophisticated machine learning models and algorithms • Empower teams to achieve exceptional ad targeting, optimization, and campaign personalization • Guide a team of machine learning engineers • Oversee strategic direction and execution of machine learning initiatives • Drive development and deployment of advanced machine learning models • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team • Partner with Executive Leaders, Engineering, and Product • Ensure seamless integration of AI/ML solutions into Advertising Products
Requirements
• 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years' building and leading successful Data, ML/AI teams • Bachelor's degree, with a strong academic record, in Computer Science or Engineering • Strong experience building and applying machine learning models for business applications • Experience with Python and Deep learning frameworks (Keras, Tensorflow, Pytorch) • Proven ability to implement, operate, and deliver results via innovation at large scale • Demonstrated track record of cultivating strong working relationships with leadership • Demonstrated success in delivering complex AI/ML projects in time and within budget • Ad tech industry experience is a plus
