• Design, prototype, and develop scalable AI and ML applications • Work closely with data scientists, data engineers, solutions architects, and business stakeholders • Leverage advanced coding skills in Python, SQL, NoSQL, JavaScript, and frameworks like React Native • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices in software development • Design and build complete machine learning pipelines, from data ingestion and model training to deployment and monitoring • Conduct cutting-edge research in areas such as machine learning, and MS Fabric • Serve as a subject matter expert in machine learning and software development best practices • Identify and solve commercial challenges by designing data-driven solutions across functions like sales, marketing, customer experience, and operations • Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
• PhD or master’s degree in STEM (e.g., Machine Learning, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics) • 5-10 years of experience in data, analytics, data science, AI, and software development • Expertise in modern data technologies, including cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), big data, and real-time analytics tools • Proven track record of developing and productising data and analytics solutions, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end ML / Software Development Life Cycle • Strong coding skills in Python, and other languages such as SQL, NoSQL, JavaScript, and Reactive Native • Familiarity with tools for rapid prototyping • Experience with developing and deploying ML models using libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and containerisation tools like Docker, Kubernetes • Leadership ability to guide and mentor teams in data and analytics projects • Research and innovation skills, with the ability to prototype and adapt cutting-edge technologies from research publications • Proficiency in programming and database management for building AI models • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • High proficiency in English
